Learn basic foot reflexology techniques incorporating essential oils to achieve physical, mental and emotional well-being. Understand how the feet impact health as you apply these two natural approaches to relax, energize and soothe body and mind.

AROMATHERAPY I
Wed., Feb. 20, 2008        5:15 - 6:45 p.m.        Cost: $25

Learn how Mother Nature's essential oils work and how to start your own "natural medicine kit". Discover the meaning of pure and Grade A essential oils. Experience aromatherapy in class through inhalation, diffusion and topical application. Receive recipes for home and office use. No background in essential oils is needed to attend. Please refrain from wearing perfume or cologne in order to fully enjoy the aroma-therapy.

AROMATHERAPY II

Beyond the basics, this lecture will expand your knowledge of using essential oils for the immune system, for stress, to enhance clarity, relieve headaches and everyday aches and pains. Understand why essential oils are called "man's first medicine" and how they were utilized throughout the ages. Please refrain from wearing perfume or cologne in order to fully enjoy the aroma-therapy.

REFLEXOLOGY WITH AROMATHERAPY
Sun., Mar. 30, 2008           1:00 - 4:00 p.m.      Cost: $50

Receive and practice the gentle and effective touch of foot reflexology. You will be able to immediately use these techniques at home to relax the whole body, ease pain and calm the mind. Feel how endorphins can affect the body and reduce pain with the skillful touch of reflexology. Bring a pillow, large bath towel and bottle of drinking water. No prior experience necessary to attend. Invite a friend or family member to register and learn together.
